Illustration Commissions -
Terms of Service
- Prices are USD.
- Payment is taken up-front via Pay Pal.
- Photo or art reference must be provided.
- Any edits requested beyond the three edits included in the price of your purchase will add a $2 dollar upcharge, per edit, to be charged after the commission is complete, before the final files are given to the buyer.
[Note - this does not apply to the Character Design tier].- Turnaround time is 2 months from place in queue, unless otherwise specified by the artist.
- Final artwork will be sent in PNG file format to client’s email.- The artist is the sole copyright holder and may use the in-progress versions and final artwork on social media, the artist's website, and promotional materials, unless the 50% No-Share fee is applied.- Artwork may NOT be used for NFT, or entered into AI generation.- If the artwork is not intended for personal use: The artwork is for the client’s noncommercial, personal use. Artwork may not be resold, edited, used as promotion, or altered by the client in any way.- If the artwork is intended for commercial use: Artwork will have a commercial upcharge. Commercial artwork may be used as promotion or advertisement. Artwork may not be resold, edited, or reproduced in any way excluding specific designation by the client to the artist during the buying process, to be declared in writing.Refund Policy:
A refund can be requested and given in full if work on the commission has NOT begun.
In case of emergency where the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be given.
If client requests cancellation when work has begun, work will cease and refund will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.
No refund will be given once work is completed.The artist retains the right to refuse any commission inquiry for any reason.
Adopts -
Terms of Service
- All adopts are PTA [Pay to Adopt] only.
- Payment is taken upfront via Paypal or Ko-Fi
- Adopts can be reserved for 1 week. If payment is not received within this time period the adopt will be put up for purchase.
- Adopts are for personal use only. An additional fee for commercial licensing may be discussed.
- Buyer will receive full resolution PNG of the adopt after payment via their email address.
- While I would prefer my designs not be resold, if you must resell them, please sell for the price you purchased the design for.- Please credit me for the design/artwork! You can find me @psykhii_ on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Twitch, and BlueSky.- My adopts may NOT be used for NFT minting, anything regarding the block-chain/cryptocurrency sphere, or AI generation. I will exercise my rights as the adopt creator/copyright holder to remove said pieces if this contract term is breached. There will be no given refund.

I am a visual development artist that specializes in character design. My work centers around character development, emphasizing diverse personalities using intelligent, researched, and color-oriented design. I hope to empower women and the LGBTQ+ community with my work. Because of this, I am specifically passionate about creating designs that are diverse and inclusive to be showcased in video games and animation. I am most interested in horror, science fiction, and fantasy projects that find inclusivity as naturally a part of the visual development as the story itself.Art deco illustration, the industrial revolution, and horror films most influence me. My interests are diverse, resonating around how themes of corruption and darkness in the creation of art and progression of society effects storytelling.
